We are a husband and wife team & we refinish, build and restore furniture full time from our home workshop. We've got 3 kiddos and a crazy dog so our home is always wonderfully busy. 

We are located in Acworth off New McEver Road, close to Acworth Elementary. If you google-map the school you have a good estimation of distance to us. 

Because we both work full time from home, we have the flexibility to be "open" almost 24/7 to accommodate after-hours pick-ups and deliveries on weekdays and weekends. When you purchase a piece or arrange to have something refinished, we work with your individual schedule to set a time. The calendar fills up fast and we schedule almost down to the minute to be as flexible as possible. 

We offer delivery on larger furniture pieces for a small fee based on distance. We typically deliver between 7:30am and 10:30pm 7 days a week. We do require there be someone on your end who can help unload it from the truck and will discuss those requirements based on the individual piece of furniture's needs. Although we can bring items into your home, we can not deliver up interior flights of stairs or to upstair apartments without freight elevators. Most pieces get to their new homes via delivery and we try to make it as easy and fun as possible for you. Like Christmas coming in the back of a truck!


We accept cash and card payments through the Venmo app. We don't require deposits or pre-payments - simply cash on delivery or pick-up. Let us know if you need a business receipt. 


We only work with solid wood pieces that are well-built, sanitized to eliminate any smoke/pet allergens and never work with pieces that have a history of water or mold damage. We do not work with pressboard/composite or any lightweight fabricated "Ikea/Target"-type pieces. We're interested in giving exceptional pieces of furniture new looks for a new life. 

All pieces are carefully inspected, repaired or rebuilt prior to painting to ensure they are ready to last generations. We use manufacturer grade oil based enamel paints and sealants with industrial sprayers which are food-safe, pet-safe and UV light safe for a smooth durable finish. We do not use chalk-paint, milk-paint or any fad-type specialty paints due to their lack of durability. 


About 1/2 of what we do is refinishing other people's pieces for them. If you have something that works in your space but isn't the right style, let us update it and make you fall in love with it all over again. Also, if you find a piece in a store or online sale site we can happily refinish that for you as well - it's often the fastest way to get the perfect piece in your home. We price based on surface area, so send over a few photos of the pieces as well as either pictures or a description of what you'd like them to look like in the end and we can give you a price, our approach, turnaround time and our next available opening. We refinish 5-10 of our own pieces each week and never know what we will get in to work on. If you are looking for something, let us know. We keep a request list and will message you when we're about to list something that seems like a good candidate for your space. Most of our items find their new homes via this request-list and never reach the internet. 

Once something is finished and ready to be adopted, we list it on facebook first about 30 min before posting to the local open market sale sites. We post dimensions, photos and a full description for each piece in our timeline. See something you love? Comment or message us with questions or to set up pick up or delivery! It is a first come, first served system. We will work with you to set up a pick up or delivery time and of course you are always welcome to come "see" a piece before committing to it. That being said, we can not hold pieces more than a few hours simply due to a shortage of space on our end. Large items waiting to go to their new homes prevent new pieces from being worked on. Message us and we'll work together to figure out the best way to get the perfect piece to your home. 


We custom build/paint our wooden wall signs and trays year round. Pricing and hundreds of photos can be found in an individual facebook photo album for each. To order, simply message with what you need and we can make it happen. Signs and trays are primarily porch-pick-up with a 1-2 day turnaround, but that may differ in Nov & Dec due to the increased number of holiday orders. They are all solid wood and completely hand painted so the sky is the limit on your imagination.
